Individual Therapy for Complex Trauma, Neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ Support

If you're navigating the lasting effects of complex trauma, especially from childhood, you may feel its impact in many areas of life, including your relationships, your body, and your sense of self. You might experience persistent shame, physical pain with no clear medical cause, or difficulty forming and maintaining safe, supportive connections. As a trauma therapist trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, I provide a grounded and compassionate space for individuals to reconnect with their inner selves and begin the work of healing.

I work with clients who carry deep emotional wounds, including those who identify as neurodivergent (autistic and/or ADHD) and folks within the LGBTQIA+ community, with particular experience supporting trans and nonbinary individuals. My approach is integrative and client-centered, honoring the ways trauma affects the nervous system, identity, and attachment. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic emotional or physical symptoms, or you're ready to explore your internal world with greater curiosity and care, individual therapy can help you move toward more self-understanding, self-compassion, and wholeness.

Say Less

Does the idea of spilling your guts give you so much anxiety that you avoid therapy all together? I can work with you in a way that will require little to no talking at all. Reach out via email if this is how you’d like to work with me.
